Question: What Are The Waterpark Hours?

Our waterpark hours vary slightly from season to season. You can always find our current waterpark hours here. Our outdoor waterpark is only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Question: Are There Life Jackets Available?

Yes, there are life jackets available for use. They are available on a first come, first serve basis for anyone that needs them. However, feel free to bring your own life jackets or arm floaties.

Question: Can You Access The Waterpark Without Going Inside?

If you are staying in our hotel and condo rooms, you can access the indoor waterpark without going outside. We have an underground tunnel that connects the waterpark to our hotel and condo rooms. If you are staying in our Villas, there is a free shuttle that can take you to and from the waterpark at your request.

Question: Can You Use The Waterpark Before You Check-In or After You Check-Out?

Of course! Check-in begins at 4 p.m. but you can come early and use the waterpark before check-in. You are also welcome to use the waterpark until close after you check out as long as you keep your wristband.

Question: Can I get an estimate on my room rate?

We are happy to provide a room rate estimate. You can use our online reservation system or you can call 866-206-9795 and speak with one of our vacation planners who will be happy to assist you.

Question: Where can I use My Chula Vista Resort Gift Cards?

You can use your gift cards anywhere on the property.

Question: How I do report a missing item that I left during my vacation?

When you leave something at Chula Vista Resort you can report it to our security department and they will be on the lookout for your item. This form is one of the quickest ways to let us know you are missing something.
