What Are The Waterpark Hours?

Our waterpark hours vary slightly from season to season. Our outdoor waterpark is only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather permitting. You can always find out current waterpark hours on our website here.

Are There Life Jackets Available For My Child?

Yes, there are life jackets available for your little one to use. They are available on a first come, first served basis for anyone that needs them. However, feel free to bring your own life jacket or arm floaties.

Can you access the indoor waterpark without going outside?

Yes, you can access the indoor waterpark without going outside. We have an underground tunnel that connects the waterpark to our hotel and condo rooms. Unfortunately the tunnel does not connect to our Golf Villas. However, there is a free shuttle that can take you to and from the waterpark at your request.

Can you use the waterpark before you check in or after you check out?

Yes! Check in begins at 4 p.m. but you can come early and use the waterpark before you check in. You are also welcome to continue to use the waterpark until closes after you check out. Just make sure to keep your wristband!

Can I get an estimate on my room rate?

Yes! We are happy to provide you with room rate estimate. You can use our online booking system or you can call (866)206-9795 and speak with one of our vacation planners who will happy to assist you.

I have a Chula Vista Resort Gift Card. Where Can I Use It?

You can use gift cards anywhere on property.

How Can I Get Assistance With My Reservation?

The fastest and easiest way to get assistance with your reservation is to call (866)206-9795 and speak with one of our vacation planners.

I left something at Chula Vista Resort. How do I report it missing?

When you leave something at Chula Vista Resort you can report it to our security department and they will be on the lookout for your item. This form is one of the quickest ways to let us know you are missing something.

I am interested in requesting a donation for my fundraiser or event. How do I do that?

Here at Chula Vista Resort we receive a large amount of donation requests and try to help as many people as we can. However, because we do receive so many requests we have put together a list of criteria organizations must fit into in order to be considered. We ask that all donations request be sent via email. The donation committee considers donation requests three times per year. You can find our donation information listed on our website.
