If you have lost an item or left something behind during your stay at our Wisconsin Dells resort, please report your missing item(s) by submitting a Lost & Found form by clicking the button below. You will be notified if your items are found.

Please note that Chula Vista Resort is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
