If this is your first time spa experience or a first time visitor to Spa del Sol, we have prepared this guide for the most frequently asked questions to make your experience with us memorable.

What should I bring with me?

As the spa is a co-ed facility, you will want to bring you bathing suit to take advantage of our heated year round Hot Springs. Just bring yourself and wear clothing that is comfortable to you. We will provide you with plush robes, slippers, beverages and reading material for that extra comfort and relaxation experience. Dressing rooms are available with personal lockers & showers.

What should I do when I arrive to the spa?

When checking into our front desk, we will ask you to fill out a health medical form. We will then provide a one-on-one consultation on what to expect and answer any questions you may have.

What is the gratuity policy?

Our services do not include gratuity. In appreciation of superior service, gratuities may be given to staff at your discretion. Our front desk coordinators will be delighted to assist you.

How far in advance should I schedule services?

Spa del Sol suggests that you schedule appointments at least a week prior to your arrival at the Resort to accommodate for your schedule. However we do welcome same day appointments. Reservations are required for all spa services.

When should I arrive?

You are welcome to arrive at Spa del Sol as early as you would like, but no less than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled services). Please be advised that regardless of your arrival time, your treatment will end at the scheduled time in order to accommodate all other guests.

What if I arrive late to my services?

If for any reason you arrive late to your scheduled service time, you will not receive an extension on your service. It will end when your ending time was scheduled.

What if I decide to cancel my spa services?

If you decide to cancel we request a 24 hour notice. If appointment is not canceled and a cancellation number given Spa del Sol will bill your credit card for 50% of the service fees plus 18% service.

Noise level in Spa del Sol?

To ensure a relaxing experience with us, we ask are guests to please turn off all cell phones before entering the spa and to use soft voices. *Children are welcomed, but please do not leave them unattended.

Do I disrobe entirely for a spa service?

Please disrobe to your comfort level. Keep in mind that our highly trained professionals will drape towels or sheets discreetly over areas not involved in the treatment to protect your privacy at all times.
