Dinner Cruise Server
- Greet all guests upon arrival for the dinner cruise.
- High interaction with guest for a friendly dining experience.
- Deliver food and beverage to guest during the dinner cruise.
- Assist with loading and unloading the boat with items needed for the dinner cruise.
- Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
- Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers as situations arise.
- Create the highest guest satisfaction possible by having a clean, organized, well stocked work area. Perform and complete other assigned duties.
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company associates to foster and promote a positive working environment.
- Display a calm and attentive approach in solving problems and handling difficult situation, collecting information and sincerely helping to resolve them.

Experience
- At least 1 year of experience of previous server experience.

Sitting, standing for an extended period of time.

Have full use of eyes and ears, full power of speech.

Walking, turning head and torso, bending arms, wrists, and fingers.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
The ability to work with other people effectively and with other staff positions is important. Must be willing to take instruction to learn position. The ability to work on a boat on the Wisconsin River for several hours. Must always be polite with the interest of the guest interest in mind.
