Tournament information:
The Nike Youth Football Championship is a tournament that includes teams with a winning tradition and good sportsmanship. While we feature some of the best teams in the Midwest, the tournament is open to teams from anywhere in the country. Tournament spots will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Tournament spots are only guaranteed once the registration fee and player fee are processed, along with confirmations of accommodations at Chula Vista Resort, the host hotel.

In addition to the great football atmosphere experienced at the Wisconsin Dells Center, the sponsor Hotel, the Chula Vista Resort, is home to one of Wisconsin’s largest Indoor Waterparks. The Nike Youth Football Championships is a Disney-like sports vacation for the whole family which is sure to be memorable for years to come.

Team Registration
Teams can register for the tournament by clicking here.
Registration fee: $450/team plus $5/player. Every player recieves an award.
Two game guarantee on NFL Turf!
Team ages: 7th grade and 8th grade Tournaments both weekends

Tournament Registration Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your registration, refunds are only available until October 1, 2012. Any teams that cancel after 5pm on October 1, 2012 will forfeit their registrations (no refund will be issued). Lodging
Lodging is available for the tournament at the Chula Vista Resort, the host hotel. Teams need to confirm their reservations with Chula Vista Resort in order to secure their place in the tournament. Teams that aren’t able to book this minimum need to contact Krissy Kaminski (608-254-1639) to discuss alternative lodging options. Special room rates are set up for this event; these rates also include waterpark passes. To make room reservations, call 1-888-906-7290 and mention ‘Nike Youth Football’.

Parking fees: $3/vehicle per day

Admission Pricing
$4/Adult per day (age 12 and older)
$2/Child per day (age 6-11)
Children 5 & under are free

IMPORTANT: The Wisconsin Dells Center does not allow Cleats inside on the turf. Tennis shoes OR Turf Shoes (designed for Astroturf) are allowed. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact the Wisconsin Dells Center at hectora@chulavistaresort.com.
