Midwest Youth Football Championships

Team Registration

Lodging
Lodging is available for the tournament at the Chula Vista Resort, the host hotel.  Teams need to book a minimum of 10 rooms for 2 nights in order to participate in the tournament.  Teams that aren’t able to book this minimum need to contact Tina Itson (608-432-3929) to discuss options.  A special room rate is set up for this event, and rooms start at $129/night and include waterpark passes.  To make room reservations, call 1-800-388-4782 and mention ‘Midwest Youth Football’.

Meal Plans
A meal plan is available for this tournament.  Meal plans includes Breakfast on Saturday, Pizza Party dinner on Saturday, Breakfast on Sunday.
