Top-Notch Steakhouse Brings “Eating” to “Fine Dining”
WISCONSIN DELLS, Wis. –
Named for one of the most legendary families in Wisconsin tourism history and modeled after metropolitan Manny’s Steakhouse of Minneapolis, Kaminski Bros. Chop House beautifully blends creative menu offerings, the highest quality ingredients and portions that will require a “take home” bag. Bottom line: This place is all about great food.
The destination steakhouse features bone-in steaks dry-aged for 14 days, as well as a wine list of nearly 300 selections.

Kaminski Bros. Chop House proudly features items that reflect the history and heritage of the Kaminski family, such as Mama Kaminski’s Butter Chicken, “Big Moe’s” Burger (lovingly borrowing the nickname of Mike Kaminski) and Kaminski’s Famous Garbage Salad.
It’s not a complete stretch to say the Kaminski’s Famous Garbage Salad resembles dinner theater. The server must remember which salad ingredients are desired by each guest at the table and then gradually add those ingredients and serve so that each guest receives an individualized salad: a classic steak house chop salad. Salads are served table-side with premium toppings, such as shrimp, blue cheese and beefsteak tomatoes.
According to Kaminski, the restaurant is a natural fit for Chula Vista Resort and something that Wisconsin Dells needed.
“I’d like to thank my friends at Manny’s of Minneapolis for bringing this concept to the area,” Kaminski explained. “Our customer was really looking for this kind of experience while they are here either for business or pleasure.”
The Kaminski Bros. menu offers specialty steaks such as New York Peppersteak, Blue Cheese Filet, and Horseradish-Crusted and Bacon-Wrapped Filet.
Appetizers on the Kaminski Bros. Chop House menu include Calamari with Peppers, Crab and Shrimp Cakes and Beef Carpaccio. The menu also features entrée salads, pastas and sandwiches. A variety of mouth-watering and decadent desserts round-out the menu.
The Kaminski Bros. Chop House wine list offers nearly 300 selections, including more than a dozen by the glass.
Kaminski Bros. Chop House is open seven days a week, serving dinner nightly from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. The Kaminski Bros. Chop House lounge is open nightly and a full menu is available.
