Lead Baker/Pastry Chef
Mix and bake ingredients according to recipes to produce breads, rolls, cookies, cakes, pies, pastries, or other baked goods. Food prep for upcoming functions as well as current daily order preparation. Putting away of stock in dry storage as well as cold storage. This position will be working in an open bistro kitchen.
Previous baking experience, approximately 2 years or more, in this position is required.
Large volume experience is also helpful, as well as ability to lift and stand for long periods of time.
Lifting of 30 lbs to 50 lbs
