Cold Water Canyon Golf Course Announces Events Planned for 2021 Golf Season

With spectacular vistas and featuring four tee boxes to accommodate every level of golfer, Cold Water Canyon Golf Course at the iconic Chula Vista Resort announced today a series of special events for the 2021 season. Cold Water Canyon will host scramble matches, Double Buck Sundays, and their Stay and Play packages.

“We are eager to welcome both new and experienced golfers to Cold Water Canyon,” Krissy Kaminski, vice president at Chula Vista Resort said. “With secluded fairways lined with towering Norway White Pine trees and newly-sculpted greens, Cold Water Canyon provides a challenging test for golfers of all abilities.

Scramble matches for guests and local participants provide a leisurely and fun way to enjoy a low-stress round of golf with family and friends. Double Buck Sundays are an opportunity to save money while hitting the links and enjoying the beautiful par-71 course. The Stay and Play packages include unlimited golf.

Cold Water Canyon is the second oldest golf course in Wisconsin, with its first three holes built in 1903. The front 9, incorporating the original 3 holes, was designed by J.C. Wilson of the Chicago Golf Commission and completed in 1923. In 1999, a links-style back 9 was completed to bring the course to 18 holes.

The Cold Water Canyon Golf Course offers:

• A new fleet of golf carts with GPS and tournament scoring systems;

The Cold Water Canyon Golf Course is open daily April through October. 18-hole greens fees range from $29.99 to $79.99 per player dependent upon time of season. See website for detailed green fees. Guests staying at Chula Vista Resort receive a free club rental with each tee time.
