This position reports to the Main Lodge Manager and is responsible for 5-10 employees. Responsibilities include but are not limited to cleaning rooms, delivery room requests, cleaning public spaces, cleaning and inspecting convention space as well.
The ability to work with other people effectively in a staff position is important. Must have the ability to think creatively regarding the needs of the resort and solve problems or seize opportunities as they occur. Must have the ability to clearly define objectives. The knowledge of training methods and procedures and the ability to implement them are essential.
Must be able to lift at least 50lbs and have good body mobility. Must be able to communicate in English (Bi-lingual preferred), both verbally and in writing, well enough to give instructions, relay information, and carry on effective interchange with customers, vendors, and company staff. Previous supervisory experience a plus.
Benefit eligibility is based on length of service and average hours requirements. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
