Receive and record calls from staff and guests regarding housekeeping and maintenance needs of the resort. Prepare and distribute work orders to the appropriate area in a timely manner. Must maintain accurate record keeping for all calls and prioritize work orders based on call content.

Must be computer proficient and have exceptional communication skills. Position is very fast paced and the ability to multi-task is required. Previous dispatching experience is preferred.

This is a second shift full time position.
