**This is a full time position-primarily first shift Monday thru Friday.
The Digital Marketing Manager is to support the marketing leadership in the evolution of our digital media strategy. This role will oversee interactive media for a full service, resort and attraction brand. The manager will develop and execute digital marketing programs and ensure integration with other marketing communications. This includes coordinating content, design, production, managing and editing; while ensuring proper implementation.
Essential Job Functions:
Maintain the brand website, cms, and infrastructure. Make recommendations for ongoing improvements and advancements.
Oversee the email marketing communications, message, execution and tracking. Grow the database through market segmentation and re-targeting strategies.
Assist in developing strategic media platforms through Mobile and tablet, while staying ahead of new, emerging technology.
Manage the reputation management sites, content, and feedback.
Manage content creation and SEO management and tracking.
Oversee PPC strategy plan and ROI.
Create and develop a social media strategy to drive innovative consumer interaction through targeted campaigns.
Collaborate on online advertising campaigns, re-marketing, and behavioral targeting.
Oversee the 3rd party revenue booking channels and referring websites to maximize revenue.
Leverage google analytic tracking to develop strategies that are focused on maximizing online revenue opportunities and brand awareness.
Utilize aggressive testing to maximize campaign performance.
Required- High School Diploma
Preferred- Bachelors Degree- Preferable in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media.
Minimum: 4-5 years experience in digital marketing/advertising.
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal skills; experience managing content and production for high traffic websites, CMS experience, web analytic a must, SEO/SEM, Mobile marketing, video optimization, and e-mail marketing. Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be flexible in working on multiple projects. Must be a team player and able to interact with staff at all levels. Excellent oral and written skills are necessary. Strong business analytic skills and the ability to think strategically.
