This person is responsible for exceptional customer service.
This person assists guests with baggage, directs guests with directions at the resort and deliver items to various locations throughout the resort. They are also responsible to shuttle guests to guest rooms, waterpark, airport and area locations; and works with the front desk managment team with projects.
This person needs to be dynamic and have outstanding customer service skills. Must have good body mobility and be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
This position will do shuttle driving and requires a valid driver's license with P endorsement. A good driving record is a must.
Must be available weekends and holidays.
